Ltd., Datuk Nor Hisham Ses.Adnan said the proposed building development company Sunrise Ria Resources Sdn. Bhd. it must have appeal to either the tenant or buyer."One of the things that need to be addressed include parking space, access to public transportation and do not deal with traffic congestion," he said.Meanwhile, Nor Hisham said, the project costing about RM55 million, would start construction by the end of this year and be completed by the end of 2015.
"At first we planned to build a hotel, but after review, too many hotels built in the city."Therefore, we are building something different with the one that has four apartments, hotel, office and commercial center that will provide various facilities to the public," he said.He said apart from the four components of the RD Prima Suites building will also be equipped with a swimming pool, gymnasium as well as the five-storey car park."We make a detailed study in this project.
